Are the jeans not to your liking? Want a different color or size? Exchange your order for a different product free of charge. We pay the return costs.

Send your products back and we will transfer the amount back to you.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Return policies you should consider
- We can only accept returns that meet our terms and conditions. If an item is not returned to us in its original condition, we will ship it back to you at Bukser's expense.
- Until the package reaches us, it remains your responsibility. We recommend always using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
- If an item is returned to us without notification through the returns portal, unfortunately we cannot process it.
How does a return or exchange work?
You can easily arrange your return or exchange through our online returns portal. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Choose above whether you want to exchange (free) or return (paid).
- Enter your zip code and your order number or Track & Trace number.
- Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason for return.
- Follow the instructions in the portal to receive your return label or QR code.
- Pack the items neatly, stick the label on the package and deliver it to a DHL point.

We only take back items that:
- Worn and unwashed
- Be in original condition, including packaging
- Please include all attached tags
Received damaged item
- Did your order not arrive in perfect condition? We are very sorry about that. If an item is damaged upon delivery, you can of course return it free of charge.
- Please report it through our returns portal and choose the 'received damaged' option there. Please include a photo if possible - this will help us resolve it quickly and properly.
- Once we receive the item back, we will refund the full purchase price via your original payment method.
Received a different size or color?
Would you like to exchange an item for another size or color? No problem - you can easily arrange that through our returns portal.
- Choose 'exchange' in the free return portal, register the item you want to return and indicate which size or color you would like to receive. As soon as your return reaches us, we will send you the new item free of charge.
Please note that exchanges are only possible for available sizes or colors.
Refund in case of a return
Have you opted for a regular (paid) return? Then we will refund your purchase price via the original payment method.
Once your return is received and verified by us, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. You will automatically receive a confirmation of this by email.
Are you returning via the free portal (e.g. exchange or multiple sizes)? Then instead of a refund you will receive a new size or store credit.
