At Bukser Jeans, we understand how important it is to be able to wear your favorite jeans, even if they are temporarily out of stock. That is why we offer the possibility of pre-ordering. This allows you to reserve your favorite model in advance, so you can be sure it will be ready for you as soon as it becomes available again.
How does a pre-order work?
Placing an order
Place your pre-order:
Choose your favorite Bukser Jeans and place a pre-order. You pay in advance now so you can be sure of your copy.

Confirmation email
Immediately after placing your pre-order you will receive a confirmation email. In it you will read all the details about your order and the expected delivery date.
Updates
Updates on progress
We will keep you informed every step of the way. Between 10 and 20 days you will receive an update on the status of your pre-order. From the arrival of the fabric in our factory to when your jeans are shipped - you are always informed.
Shipping
Your jeans will be shipped
Once your Bukser Jeans is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You will receive a tracking link to follow the delivery.

What happens if the delivery date is delayed?
Should the delivery date change unexpectedly, we will inform you immediately. We make every effort to avoid delays.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order while your jeans have not yet gone into production. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What if I don't want to wait anymore?
No problem! You can always choose another available model or request a refund.
