1. Shipping & orders
What are the shipping costs?
To the Netherlands and Belgium we ship free of charge. For other countries within the EU, shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package. The exact cost will be calculated during checkout.
What countries do you all ship to?
We ship all over Europe. At checkout you can select your country and see if we deliver to your location. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team.
Do Bukser Jeans also deliver to pickup points?
Yes, we offer the option to have your order shipped to a pickup point, depending on the carrier and country. During checkout you can choose a pickup point, if available.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. This allows you to track the progress of your order through the carrier's website.
Can I still change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If you have made a mistake or want to change something, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee any changes.
Incorrect address and undelivered packages
If you accidentally entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately. We can try to correct the address, but if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Packages returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but this may incur additional charges.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
How long does it take to receive an exchange?
After we receive and process your returned item, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible. This may take 7-10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
What payment methods does Bukser Jeans accept?
We accept several secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, iDeal and Riverty. During checkout, you will see all available options for your country.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Choose your desired items, select the size and add them to your shopping cart. Then go to checkout, enter your details and complete payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
What is my order status?
You can track the status of your order using the track & trace link you received by email. If you have not received it, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Does Bukser Jeans offer price adjustments for items on sale?
We do not offer price adjustments for items already on sale or after an order has been placed. Be sure to check the most current prices before making a purchase.
2. Returns & Exchanges.
What are the terms and conditions for returning one of my Bukser products?
At Bukser Jeans, you have the right to return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Sale items cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Be sure to include the original receipt or invoice with the return.
How can I exchange or return my order?
To exchange or return an item, go to the Bukser Jeans dashboard https://bukser-jeans.shipping-portal.com/rp/ or contact our customer service team. They will assist you with return instructions. Make sure the item is in its original condition and that you receive a return label to return your shipment. Exchanges can only be made if the item is available in the desired size or color.
I returned my order to Bukser Jeans. What happens now?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If everything is in order, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds for items returned within the 30-day return period, provided they meet the return conditions. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets our return policy.
How much can I get back?
You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping costs. If you return part of your order, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded.
Who pays the cost of the return?
The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility unless it is a defective product or an error on our part. The exact return cost depends on your location and the weight of the package.

What materials do Bukser's products consist of?
The materials of our products vary by color and wash. Please refer to the product's wash label or the product information on our website for specific details on the material used.
Where is your clothing produced?
Our clothing is produced with care in Portugal. We deliberately chose Portugal because of its high quality and focus on sustainable production.
What is the best way to wash my Bukser products?
We recommend washing your Bukser Jeans as little as possible. The less you wash your jeans, the longer their quality will be preserved. Wash your jeans only when there are stains on them or when the fit has flared. This will keep the fabric of high quality.
Washing instructions for Bukser Jeans:
- Turn the jeans inside out.
- Wash the jeans cold or up to 30 degrees.
- Wash the jeans together with other jeans or separately.
- Use little to no detergent, to prevent fabric wear and fading of color.
- Avoid spinning at high rpm (700-900 rpm is ideal to avoid tearing the stretch fibers).
- Never put jeans in the dryer. Let them dry on the clothesline or outdoors to protect the fibers.
- Ironing is not necessary, but if you must, do so inside out.
I have a complaint about a product. What should I do?

Our products may sometimes have minor variations in size or fit due to unique manufacturing processes. If you believe there is an error with your product, please contact customer service for further assistance.

4. Size information
How do I find the right size?
You can find the right size by consulting our size chart or using the "What is my size" tool on our website. A helpful tip is to look at the size of a pair of jeans you already own and fit well. Jeans sizes always start with the width measurement (waist) and are followed by the length measurement.
You do not offer my size or length. Are there any plans to offer more sizes or lengths?
We have a wide range of sizes, but we understand that we do not always have every size available. The more requests we get for specific sizes or lengths, the sooner we can consider including them in our collection. Please feel free to send us a message if you are looking for a specific size.
I already have a product in a certain size. Can I assume that I will then have to buy other products in the same size?
It depends on the type of jeans. For example, if you have NINO jeans, a slim-fit model, you can assume that the size matches other NINO models. However, other types of jeans with different names may differ in terms of fit, so it is good to check the size information with each product.
5. Gift Cards
Does Bukser Jeans sell gift cards?

How can I redeem my gift certificate?

No, Bukser gift cards have no expiration date and can be used at any time.
Can I return a gift card and have it refunded?
No, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card balance.
6. Warranty & repair service
Does Bukser offer a repair service?
Yes, Bukser believes in quality and durability. Our products are made to last. Should your Bukser product need some extra care over time, we offer a repair service for damaged products (excluding color fading and pilling). We can also give you advice to get your products back in good condition. For more information or to use our repair service, please contact our customer service team.
To what extent can I use the Bukser repair service?
Repairing is better than throwing away, which is why we offer a repair service. We look at the specific problem, how long you have been using the product and your location, in order to provide an appropriate solution.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, all of our products are subject to strict quality control. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including errors in manufacture, design or materials. If you discover a defect, please let us know within 1 month. However, the warranty does not cover damage from falls, misuse or other problems not due to manufacturing defects.
